Chef Ang Baking & Cooking Academy was established by Chef Ang
on 30 March 1999 in Sarawak, (formerly known as Honey Baking & Cooking Training Centre). Currently, the Academy is situated in Kota Kinabalu, with branches located at WP Labuan, Sandakan and Keningau.
With 33 years of experience in Baking and Culinary arts, Chef Ang is a savvy baker and cook, numerous award winner and a dedicated trainer.
Chef Ang’s Qualifications include:
- SKM L-041 Level 1, 2, 3
- SKM L-100 Level 1, 2, 3
- Pengawai Penilai PP-PPT, JPK
- Perakuan Pakar Pengajar (PIN), JPK
